After a long work day, this class is designed to help you release tension and reconnect with your body. Through gentle, mindful movement, we’ll ease stiffness and melt away the stress of the day. The session will end with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation and mental clarity. Perfect for university staff, faculty and students looking to unwind, recharge, and foster a sense of calm.
No prior yoga experience is required. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and at ease.
